Mar is a member of the Energy team and provides strategic consulting to companies in various sectors, both domestically and internationally, from the Madrid office.

Before joining Vinces, he completed internships in the field of public law, both at a law firm and within local government.

• Preparation for the competitive examinations for the Senior Corps of State Civil Administrators.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science from Carlos III University in Madrid
• He has supplemented his education with a one-year academic stay at Sciences Po Toulouse.
