Dionisio Uría joined Vinces in 2024 as Director of Corporate Development and has been a partner since 2026. He is also a member of the Management Committee and plays an active role in Vinces’ development and growth strategy.

His responsibilities fall into three areas: people (with a clear focus on issues related to talent, training, and culture), business (assisting the various teams with initiatives to retain and attract business), and society (coordinating the firm’s institutional relations framework and participating in pro bono advisory matters).

Previously, he worked in the field of intangible asset management, focusing particularly on reputation, corporate communications, and institutional relations (“non-market” strategies). He served as Director of External Relations at Uría Menéndez, a leading law firm in the Ibero-American market, where he worked for fifteen years and coordinated, on a global level, initiatives related to corporate communications, institutional relations, international relations, business development, and sustainability.

He is also a professor at the Center for Health & Well-Being at IE Business School, and serves on the boards of the Professor Uría Foundation and the Acción por la Música Foundation.
