Internal communication channel

This channel allows you to report, confidentially and, if desired, anonymously, potential regulatory, criminal, or administrative violations, as well as significant breaches of Vinces’ Code of Conduct or internal policies.

The channel is managed by the Head of the Internal Reporting System, appointed by the Board of Directors, with full independence and confidentiality.

Communications must be made in good faith and based on reasonable grounds.

We guarantee:

– the confidentiality of the communication;
– the protection of the whistleblower’s identity;
– the absence of retaliation;
– processing in accordance with Law 2/2023.
