Speak with Confidence

This channel allows you to report, confidentially and, if desired, anonymously, potential regulatory, criminal, or administrative violations, as well as significant breaches of Vinces’ Code of Conduct or internal policies.

The channel is managed by the Head of the Internal Reporting System, who is appointed by the Board of Directors and operates with full independence and confidentiality.

Communications must be made in good faith and based on reasonable grounds.

We guarantee:

Confidentiality of communication;
Protection of the informant’s identity;
The absence of retaliation;
Processing in accordance with Law 2/2023.
