Lola is a member of the Human Resources department, where she helps develop and implement projects related to people management, talent, and human resources policies.

Previously, she worked at various national and international organizations, participating in projects related to training, talent development, and team coordination.

Her experience has enabled her to develop skills in people management, coordinating multidisciplinary teams, performance analysis, and continuous improvement, combining a strategic vision of human resources with a strong people-oriented approach.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology, with a concentration in Clinical and Occupational Psychology (Francisco de Vitoria University).
