Ioana supports the Industry, Sustainability, and Energy teams, helping to ensure that internal workflows run efficiently.

Before joining Vinces, he worked at BNP Paribas Real Estate (Madrid), coordinating the Office Agency and Consulting teams and overseeing key operational activities, including CRM tracking, compliance procedures (KYC/KYS), WIP control and forecasting, billing and budget support, procurement and supplier recertification, as well as travel and expense management.

Thanks to her academic background and professional experience, she has developed strong communication and public relations skills, with a consistent focus on improving work methodologies, as well as on optimizing and adapting processes, resources, and materials to the needs of internal and external stakeholders.

Previously, she worked for more than a decade at Fyne Formación in customer service and team coordination roles, combining client management with the writing, editing, and refinement of customized content in English and Spanish for senior-level professionals. She has also volunteered with children at a Rehabilitation Center in her hometown.
