Lourdes Huerta joined Vinces in 2017; she heads the Industry and Sustainability practice and has been a partner at the firm since 2026.

Since joining the firm, he has developed its environmental and industrial practice and has led more than twenty projects at the European, national, and regional levels, as well as in Portugal, for IBEX 35 companies, industry associations, and in defense of the interests of Spanish small and medium-sized enterprises before European institutions. He has worked on the major environmental regulatory packages adopted by the European Union since 2017—particularly those stemming from the European Green Deal—and on their transposition and implementation in Spain, Portugal, and the autonomous communities. He also advises clients in the industrial and agri-food sectors, with a focus on defending Spanish industry within the framework of European strategic autonomy. He has further participated in the establishment of the Brussels office, the firm’s expansion in Portugal, and the development of its international department.

Before joining Vinces, he worked in the international relations department of a Spanish public company, where he handled European Union regulatory matters, and practiced at law firms in Spain in the areas of international tax law and legal counsel for multinational companies, specializing in antitrust law. At the same time, he has taught at the University of Navarra and regularly participates in environmental forums.
