David Córdova founded Vinces in 2010 and serves as chairman of the company’s board of directors.

With more than fifteen years of national and international experience, Córdova has advised companies and organizations on more than 100 legislative processes and has helped advance or resolve more than 200 business and economic projects that faced challenges in engaging with public and social stakeholders. With a Ph.D. in Constitutional Law, he developed the “Legitimate Influence” methodology based on his doctoral dissertation, designed to enable organizations, economic sectors, and companies to participate in and influence public decision-making in a professional, transparent, and legitimate manner.

His career began in the U.S. Congress, on the Committee on Oversight and Government Reform, and continued at the consulting firm Government Relations, where he rose to the position of assistant director. He created and directed the Advanced Program in Lobbying & Advocacy at IE Business School, where he trained executives in corporate affairs and government relations.

He is also the editor-in-chief of Demócrata, the leading Spanish and European digital media outlet specializing in explaining how laws and public policies that affect citizens, businesses, and economic sectors are developed, and one of the key voices in the debate with public authorities in Europe.
