Raquel is a member of the Mobilization & Stakeholders department and specializes in community building, stakeholder management, and the design of advocacy and social mobilization campaigns.

Before joining Vinces, she worked at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs and Cooperation, at the Spanish Embassy in Copenhagen, and at the Conference of Ministers of Justice of the Ibero-American Countries. At the same time, she worked for three years as a volunteer for an international NGO, designing and implementing advocacy campaigns.

• Master’s Degree in International Development Cooperation (Pontifical University of Comillas – ICADE, Madrid). Outstanding Master’s Thesis Award.
• Bachelor’s degree in Law and Political Science and Public Administration (Pontifical University of Comillas ICADE – Madrid).
