Patricia Cirez Miqueleiz joined Vinces in 2022 as director of European Affairs.

Since then, he has consolidated the firm’s European public affairs practice, centered in Brussels, and has fostered a network of strategic alliances that enables Vinces to operate in key European jurisdictions, including the United Kingdom, France, Germany, Italy, Poland, and the Netherlands. He balances this work with providing strategic advice to clients in Brussels, particularly in the areas of Energy, Industry, and Sustainability.

Before joining Vinces, she had spent more than twenty years working in Brussels. In 2002, she joined the Permanent Delegation of the Spanish Confederation of Business Organizations (CEOE) to the European Union, which she led from 2016 to 2022 as the CEOE’s permanent delegate to the EU and to BusinessEurope, the European confederation of businesses. She also served as secretary of the CEOE’s European Union Commission, which analyzes European policies with the greatest impact on business; as vice president of the Employers’ Group of the European Economic and Social Committee; and as a member of the European Social Dialogue Committee.
