Lucia provides strategic consulting on public affairs in the political, legislative, and social spheres to companies in the healthcare sector.
She holds a law degree, a Ph.D. from the University of Salamanca, and master’s degrees in Private Law, Law and Biotechnology, and a Master’s Program for Admission to the Legal Profession. She completed a fellowship at the CIC in Salamanca to conduct research on the topic of her doctoral dissertation, titled “Predictive Genetic Information, Medications, and Product Liability.” In addition, she completed an internship in the legal department of a consulting firm and served as an associate at a law firm, where she was primarily responsible for researching and analyzing matters related to the healthcare sector. She has also contributed to various scientific publications on childhood leukemia, as well as other legal publications.
