Jorge Córdova joined Vinces in 2021 as a partner and director of the Intelligence Department, as well as a member of its Board of Directors.

Since joining the company, he has led the team of developers and data engineers that has launched the firm’s technology products: PolicyAlert, the first Spanish-language platform for tracking national and regional political and regulatory developments; Fren, the first app for political news, regulation, and public affairs based on artificial intelligence; and Poder Digital, which analyzes the social media impact of 5,000 national and European public profiles. These solutions have been implemented at IBEX 35 companies, major Spanish business associations, and media outlets such as Demócrata. He is also responsible for Vinces’ artificial intelligence strategy and for information security and governance at the company.

A senior telecommunications engineer, he has more than twenty years of experience in leadership roles in the technology sector in Europe, where he has worked on transforming business models through innovation and technology in fields such as education, data centers, transportation, and smart cities.
