Pedro is a Senior Advisor at Vinces. As an expert on European Union affairs, he has an excellent understanding of European policies, European institutions, their legislative and decision-making procedures, political and parliamentary trends, as well as the political priorities of the major member states.

He has a comprehensive and strategic understanding of all the policies and regulations involved in the energy transition, industrial competitiveness, and strategic autonomy—how they have evolved over time, and how European policies and regulations influence national ones and vice versa.

He has extensive experience in the European Parliament, where he served as a political advisor to the European People’s Party group. He has participated in the negotiation of European regulations in the areas of energy, industry, climate change, the environment, and transportation.
