Carlota is part of the international department in Portugal, where she provides strategic advisory to companies from different sectors in the Portuguese, Spanish and European settings.
Before joining Vinces, she worked as a project manager in the field of cooperation for development. Formerly, she worked on Common Security and Defence Policy at the Portuguese Ministry of Foreign Affairs and on digital matters at the Digital Governance Cluster of the United Nations University (Institute of Comparative Studies), where she focused on the subject of “European Digital Sovereignty”.
