Teresa is a member of the Intelligence Department, where she is in charge of Political and Regulatory Intelligence at the Madrid Office.

Before joining Vinces, she worked for more than 25 years in the public sector, both at the national level and in the Community of Madrid, and specializes in the legislative process in state legislatures.

She holds a Doctor of Law degree and has completed graduate-level courses at universities in Spain, Europe, and the United States of America.
