As a member of the Department of European Affairs, Pablo provides strategic advice on matters related to the European Union institutions. From the Brussels office, he works primarily in the areas of health, sustainability, and the agri-food sector.

Before joining Vinces, he worked at the Basque Government’s Delegation to the EU. He also has prior experience in the field of public affairs in Spain.

• Master’s Degree (MSc) in International Relations Theory (London School of Economics and Political Science – LSE).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Philosophy, Politics, and Economics (Pompeu Fabra University, Carlos III University of Madrid, and Autonomous University of Madrid).
