Aurelio is a Senior Advisor at Vinces. In this role, he draws on his experience in providing strategic consulting to the agri-food sector and on sustainability issues, following an extensive career in public administration and the business association sector.
He is a member of the Senior Corps of Civil Servants, where he has held positions of responsibility as Deputy Director General in key areas such as regional and local financing, management of EU funds, the transition to the euro, and commercial and business regulation. He subsequently served as president of the Association of Spanish Supermarket Chains (ACES) for more than 15 years, leading initiatives in taxation, commercial regulation, sustainability, and the agri-food value chain. He has served on institutional advisory bodies and on the Board of Directors of the CEOE and other business organizations.
In addition, Aurelio has published numerous articles and studies on taxation and commercial regulations and is a regular speaker at conferences, roundtables, and training programs in both the public and private sectors.
