Rocío is part of the Health team, where in her capacity as a legal expert, she provides strategic advisory concerning public affairs and market access to companies and organizations in the health sector.
Prior to joining Vinces, she acquired expertise regarding the public administration at the Ministries of Foreign Affairs and the European Union, and of Defence. She has developed her professional career in the field of institutional representation and public affairs, working as a consultant specialized in institutional positioning and regulatory risk strategies, with a special focus on the pharmaceutical sector.

- Master’s Degree in Governance and Development Policies from the Université Libre de Bruxelles – CERIS.
- Double Degree in Law and International Relations from the Universidad Pontificia de Comillas (ICADE University).
