María Eugenia is a Senior Advisor for business development, who provides support to the different verticals and offices of Vinces, in addition to advising consultants when it comes to their strategic actions for clients.
She has extensive experience in Human Resources consulting, specializing in the search for senior management talent in companies such as the Accord Group or Best Search Consultores. What is more, she also worked as a Human Resources Director at the Ideal Education Group, a multinational company in the education sector, and in the past ten years she worked as an entrepreneur/executive at Validsa, an international commodities trading company.
