Júlia is part of the Social Impact department at the Barcelona office, where she contributes to the design and implementation of social mobilization and political advocacy campaigns.

Before joining Vinces, she worked as a research assistant at CIDOB (Barcelona Centre for International Affairs) in the field of migration governance, participating in European projects at local, national, and international levels. She later served as a research assistant at the United Nations University-MERIT in Maastricht, where she developed applied research projects and training activities on migration and development cooperation for governmental actors and professionals from various sectors.
