Carmen Pérez

Carmen is part of Vinces’ Industry and Sustainability team. From the Madrid office, she mainly advises on environmental and agri-food sector issues.

Before joining Vinces, he worked at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the UN, where he collaborated with the Department of Humanitarian Affairs, and in public policy evaluation consulting, participating in impact assessments of the European Union’s cohesion policy in Spain.

  • Master’s degree in European Political and Governance Studies at the College of Europe, Bruges.
  • Double Degree in International Studies and Political Science at Carlos III University in Madrid.
  • International mobility in Political Science at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA).
  • International mobility in International Relations at the University of Geneva (Switzerland).
