Alexander is part of the Intelligence Department, where he develops technological solutions for legislative monitoring and political and regulatory analysis. He has contributed primarily to the development of PolicyAlert, leading initiatives to enhance the quality and usefulness of internal products through the use of artificial intelligence.
Before joining Vinces, he conducted geopolitical research focused on Africa, with an emphasis on conflict dynamics and institutional governance. He also has experience in business development and institutional relations, and has collaborated on journalistic publications about developing countries, including interviews with institutional and business representatives.
