This channel allows you to report, confidentially and, if desired, anonymously, potential regulatory, criminal, or administrative violations, as well as significant breaches of Vinces\u2019 Code of Conduct or internal policies.<\/p>

The channel is managed by the Head of the Internal Reporting System, appointed by the Board of Directors, with full independence and confidentiality.<\/p>

Communications must be made in good faith and based on reasonable grounds.<\/p>

We guarantee:<\/p>

– the confidentiality of the communication;
– the protection of the whistleblower\u2019s identity;
– the absence of retaliation;
– processing in accordance with Law 2\/2023.<\/p>
