He has expanded the firm\u2019s network of institutional relationships in Brussels with business associations and leading organizations in the European ecosystem, and from there he promotes the integration of the European dimension into Vinces\u2019 strategic consulting. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":120,\"335559739\":280,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A State Attorney since 2001, he spent more than twenty years building his career in the Spanish public sector and at European institutions. From 2013 to 2024, he served as Advisor for Digital Transformation at the Permanent Representation of Spain to the European Union, where he participated in the negotiation of key regulations within the European digital regulatory framework: telecommunications, cybersecurity, data, digital platforms, and artificial intelligence. During Spain\u2019s Presidency of the Council of the EU in 2023, he led the Council\u2019s technical team in negotiating the European Artificial Intelligence Regulation (AI Act), including its final phase with the Parliament and the Commission.
