He is also a member of the Management Committee and plays an active role in Vinces\u2019 development and growth strategy. <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":120,\"335559739\":280,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">His responsibilities fall into three areas: people (with a clear focus on issues related to talent, training, and culture), business (assisting the various teams with initiatives to retain and attract business), and society (coordinating the firm\u2019s institutional relations framework and participating in pro bono advisory matters).  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":120,\"335559739\":280,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">Previously, he worked in the field of intangible asset management, focusing particularly on reputation, corporate communications, and institutional relations (\u201cnon-market\u201d strategies).
