He has also supported international companies and funds in their investment processes in Spain, guiding them in their interactions with the political, regulatory, and social environments. Since May 2025, he has been directing the implementation of the company\u2019s Strategic Plan.  <\/span><span data-ccp-props=\"{\"201341983\":0,\"335559738\":120,\"335559739\":280,\"335559740\":240}\"> <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span data-contrast=\"none\">A legal counsel to the Spanish Parliament currently on leave of absence, he began his career in the Senate in 2004, where he served as director of International Relations \u2014leading, between 2007 and 2011, the advisory team for the Spanish delegations to the Parliamentary Assembly of the Council of Europe and the European Security and Defense Assembly\u2014and later served as director of Budgets and Procurement. In 2012, he was appointed Director of International Relations for the Congress of Deputies, a position he held until joining Vinces.
