Martin Versnel has more than 40 years of experience in international public administration, defense governance, and the management of multinational programs.<\/p>\n
From 2019 to 2025, he served as Deputy Assistant Secretary General for Executive Management at NATO Headquarters in Brussels, where he supported the governance and oversight of NATO\u2019s institutional resources.<\/p>\n
Previously, he served as Chief of Staff of the NATO department responsible for pooled military funding (2007\u20132019), where he played a key role in the management and development of NATO\u2019s pooled funding investment programs that support the Alliance\u2019s capabilities.<\/p>\n
His experience spans defense policy, international security cooperation, and the governance of multinational programs.
