El canal es gestiona pel Responsable del Sistema Intern d’Informaci\u00f3, designat pel Consell d’Administraci\u00f3, amb plena independ\u00e8ncia i confidencialitat.<\/p>

Les comunicacions hauran de realitzar-se de bona fe i sobre la base d’indicis raonables.<\/p>

Es garanteix:<\/p>

– la confidencialitat de la comunicaci\u00f3;
– la protecci\u00f3 de la identitat de l’informant;
– l’abs\u00e8ncia de repres\u00e0lies;
– la tramitaci\u00f3 conforme a la Llei 2\/2023.<\/p>
